These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 91jili ("91jili," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 91jili website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

5. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 91jili Platform or any affiliated platform.
6. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 91jili or any relevant gaming authority.

91jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 91jili may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

To access real-money gaming services on 91jili, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 91jili Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. 91jili employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances, bonuses, or winnings held within them may be forfeited.

91jili will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 91jili that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You must notify 91jili immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. 91jili will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

91jili reserves the right to lock or suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During any such investigation, access to account funds may be temporarily restricted.

91jili accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your card issuer's policies.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the 91jili cashier section and may vary by payment method. 91jili does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

91jili is not responsible for any delays in deposit processing caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or any third-party payment processor. If a deposit does not reflect in your 91jili balance within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the 91jili cashier section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals.

Before processing any withdrawal, 91jili may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not optional.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) business day, subject to verification status and the processing times of the receiving payment provider. 91jili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

91jili reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 91jili will notify the account holder and may request additional documentation.

91jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds.

General bonus terms applicable to all 91jili promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• 91jili reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a player's account.

All games available on the 91jili Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

RNG-based games on 91jili use certified random number generators that produce statistically random and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to continuous monitoring. 91jili does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 91jili's records shall be the definitive source of truth regarding the outcome of that round. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect payout, 91jili reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.

Bets placed after the official closing of a betting market, or placed in error due to a manifest pricing error, may be voided at 91jili's discretion. 91jili will notify affected players and return voided wager amounts to their account balances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 91jili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or system forming part of the 91jili Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 91jili staff, customer support agents, or other players.

91jili cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and relevant regulatory bodies. Any activity on the Platform that is suspected to constitute a criminal offence will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and all relevant account information and transaction records will be provided upon lawful request.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 91jili Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 91jili.

91jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 91jili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 91jili's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

91jili will not sell your personal data to third parties. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that all applicable verification requirements have been satisfied and there are no outstanding investigations relating to your account.

91jili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Any other circumstance in which 91jili reasonably determines that continued account access poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 91jili reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the resolution of a dispute.
